J & N NOMINEES
The logical heir to the HB Group property development arm, with HN now operating under a more passive role in this area. Like HN, J & N’s contribution to the community and the development of the Top End, also extends from partnerships formed with community and not for profit organisations.
J & N was established to replace HN as the HB Group’s Property Developer, Builder and Investor of residential, commercial and industrial properties, and is also actively involved with Joint Venture Partnerships, in this regard.
In particular, J & N proudly established a Joint Venture Partnership with Yingwati, an Indigenous owned Corporation, with a vision of becoming the leading Aboriginal Company in advancing the social and economic wellbeing of Aboriginal people towards achieving self-determination and self-management in the future.
The mission being, to break the poverty and dependence cycle of Aboriginal and Torres Strait people in remote and regional areas.
