We aim to maintain a high standard in safe systems of works for all employees and compliance with WHS legislation in the Northern Territory. This is achieved through consultation, inspection and continual improvement with the elimination or control of risk for workplace employees and subcontractors.
All of our employees go through our Staff Induction before they start employment with any of our companies and our safety training program aims to reduce workplace injuries and improve work practices.
The HB Group of companies actively encourages all of our staff to further their training in regards to safety and to the knowledge required of their position within the company.
